Information on personal data processing
Minerva Česká republika, a.s. with its registered office at Dukelská 456/21, 37001 České Budějovice, CRN 46682937, is responsible for the protection of personal data that you submit to us. It is important for you to know that the personal data you provide us is processed responsibly and transparently and you are entitled to request information about the personal data recorded, its correction or deletion if it is provided on the basis of your consent. If you have any questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us in writing at the address of the company's registered office.
Securing your personal data
Minerva Česká republika, a.s. takes care of the security of the personal data you transmit to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data sufficiently with respect to the seriousness of its processing. No unauthorized person has access to your personal data that we have obtained from you, and we do not pass it without your consent to other entities for further processing, unless required by law or in the case of protection of our legal interests.
Right to information
You are entitled to ask Minerva Česká republika, a.s. for information, what of your personal data, to what extent and for what purpose we process. We will provide this information to you free of charge within time limit of 30 days, in extraordinary cases within 90 days. In extraordinary cases we will inform you on extension of the time limit in timely manner. If you request information about your data registered by us, we will first need to verify that you are the person to whom the information can be provided. In your application, therefore, provide sufficient identification of your person. If necessary, we have the right to request additional information for your identification before we provide you with the personal data we process about you.
We have the right to reject the requests for information that are unreasonable, excessively repeating, or for information whose provision would require unreasonable efforts are that is difficult to obtain (typically from backup systems, archive materials, etc.).
Data update, right to correction
Because personal data may change over time (for example, change of Surname), we will be glad if you inform us that you have made any change so that your personal data is up to date and that are no mistakes. Submission of information about the change of data is necessary for us to be able to properly perform our function of the Administrator.
This is also related to your right for correction of the personal data we have about you. If you find that our data is no longer up to date, you have the right to have it corrected.
If you believe that we do not process your personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Czech Republic and EU, you have the right to raise an objection and we will then verify the justness of your requirement. The right to erase
If you have ever given us permission to process your personal data (for example, the email address of a newsletter sent), you have the right to revoke it at any time, and we have the obligation to erase the data we process solely based on your consent. The right to erase does not apply to data processed under contract performance obligations, legitimate reasons or legitimate interests. If some of your data is stored in backup systems that automatically provide the resilience of all our systems and perform the function of protection against data loss in case of accidents, we are not able to erase these data from backup systems, and it is often not technically feasible. However, these data are no longer actively processed and will not be used for further processing purposes.
